"Keep Comfortable" Guarantee
In the unlikely event there is a defect or flaw in our workmanship during the first ten (10) years after we install your comfort system, SOHAC will repair or replace the affected part of that system and/or installation. This guarantee is conditional upon you currently owning an ESA (Efficiency & Safety Inspection Agreement) and this service has been provided ONLY by Southern Oregon Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.
All material is warranted to be as specified. All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. SOHAC is NOT responsible for any existing code violations or pre-existing conditions of duct work, piping, electrical supplies or equipment NOT being replaced at this time. Any alteration or deviation from specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above this estimate. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado, and other necessary insurance. If any suit is filed concerning this agreement the prevailing party should be entitled to reasonable attorney fees at trial and/or on appeal.
